  Head & Shoulders. Yes, the dandruff shampoo. Use it as you’d used a normal body wash. Then once you’re completely done showering, leave some H&S lather on the effected area until it dries. (This really won’t take that long, and it may feel a tad tight for a bit afterward, but this is okay.)

  It helped for me. Not completely, but my case I’m sure is worse than yours. It’s definitely worth a shot!

  I also like the Neutrogena body wash. They make it in both a regular body wash, and then a gentle body scrub also (which I prefer). It works and it’s inexpensive and easily available.

  I used to have horrible acne I can’t even tell you how bad it was. I found http://www.StopMyAcne.Info and bought it it seriously cured my acne.
