Yeah I read that milk kefir grains originally came from the monasteries but not the story, I cant believe I have to pay for milk kefir grains lol its an out-rage!
I just bought some water kefir grains (Tibicos), I cant wait to grow some probiotics!

@raykingofchina ok i went to walmart and all the yogurts have sugars, the one with the least sugars per serving was some plain organic yogurt w/ 12g of sugars. I think that’s a lot so I’m just gonna go buy a probiotics supplement like the one in your breakfast video. Thanks again! God bless.

Kefir is better, if you really can’t find kefir you can just try using regular plain yogurt for now (make sure you get the kind with less sugar)

@raykingofchina since i cant get any kefir, do you think eating kimchi will help acne? even if it doesnt help, is kimchi alkaline or acidic? i guess i’ll just eat it if it’s alkaline since i’m running out of things to eat on the alkaline diet. Thanks for your reply!

Kimchi and kefir each have separate benefits. I focus on kefir because it really helps the body absorb the EFAs you’re going to mix with it.

i was wondering which 1 is more beneficial, kefir or kimchi? i dont know how to make kefir and i cant find it at any grocery stores, but i can easily find kimchi at the stores. thanks for your help!
