Nothing worked for me. I tried all of it, Benzoyl Peroxide, topical creams, acne-antibiotics, laser treatments, dermatologists, toners, acid peels, I’ve even traveled to foreign countries to visit “famous” cosmetic physicians to seek help. Nothing. I made a short video compilations of my before and after pictures.Then finally I found the solution. I can confidently tell you to believe in what I’m saying because I’m living proof that it works. The following pictures are my Before and After Acne Pictures from 2004 to 2009. Hey Mr. Ray Ray!! You look amazing and handsome btw. I have a couple questions for you….yes, diet does have something to do with acne for all those who want to say it doesn’t. Anyway, I can’t seem to get on your blog. Could you please let me know what exactly you eat/ stay away from?? are you completely a raw vegan? or do you allow yourself any carbs at all? etc! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for saving the world from acne, one face at a time

that’s right, through a healthy diet, not only will your acne go away but you’ll also have nicer hair, brighter eyes, more energy,etc…

My skin looks worse off than yours was, i’ve been trying everything too.. This acne free 3 step formula has been doing alright, but i still dunno how to get rid of it.. What did you do to cure it?

I tried everything too. My skin cleared up after taking Accutane, but it all came back after 4 years. I think I have to eliminate the dairy in my diet. You are really handsome. Can’t wait to see the rest of your videos!

he uses cetaphil daily wash, jus look it up on search cetaphil daily wash nd ur goin to see him how he washes his face:)

Brilliant. I’m almost clear now. It’s a pain because any food that’s nice and filling brings spots out, one indulgence is all it takes and the next thing you know, you have to munch trees and grass for a month. What a lovely affliction eh? lol. Nah those pictures show such a huge difference and very nice looking you are too
