  There are healthier sources, I actually recommend you getting EFAs AND fish oil. You may want to check out what I wrote on this on my website because I explain what to do in a lot more detail.

  so are all fish oil considered good? i just bought a sundown natural fish oil that is 1000mg in ralphs, but when i look at the label only 300 mg are EPA and DHA which are forms of omega 3s which leaves me to wonder what the other 700mg are. are there supplement where there are only pure omega 3s? if so does any1 know where to buy them

  lol, Sorry about not all the links working, that’s because everything isn’t done yet. I’ve redesigned this entire blog and rewrote many of the entries from the ground up starting several weeks ago.

  I do everything on this website myself and am not paid for any of it, I’m not complaining because I really do enjoy it but I also work at an architectural company, go to graduate school, and have started 2 other projects.

  Nope, don’t need anything. I used to have to use moisturizer, acne gel, sun block, Benzoyl Peroxide, oil wipes throughout the day and the list goes on. But now I don’t need anything.
