How can i clear up my body acne before christmas?

I have acne on my chest and back and i am currently using Murad acne body wash and Clarifying spray, but it doesn’t seem to be very effective. The dress that I’m wearing for Christmas is open at the chest and it’s embarrassing with all of my acne. Is there anything I can do to clear most of it up pretty fast without anything expensive or seeing a dermatologist?

i cant gaurentee instant results, but wat worx for me is
sea breaze astringent, and an everyday use of apricot scrub -

Use spot treatment morning and night and sit under a lamp or in the sun (if you live somewhere warm) to dry up the acne.
