this is a secret and if you do it at least 2 weeks you will get rid of acne you have to buy this ,,,,Nogal: (walnut, Juglans regia): you have to boil a bunch of leaves with at least 2 galons of water put it in the fridge and later start to drink 4 to 8 glases of the tea every day no sugar needed it taste good you understand the nogal leaves will clean your blood thats it

No doctor! One meal a day will clear up your faces. Just eat one meal a day. Drink water, tea, or coffee if you like. No sugar between the meals. Read the books “How to Eat to Live” volumes 1 and 2 by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. You don’t have to spend money to loose pimples and black heads, you have to “Save Money” too loose them. Also, just get a good soap with it too, but NOT just by itself.(Neutrogena) Drink a 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water all day everyday. NO Greasy Hamburgers or “Milk” Chocolate. Always wash with soapy water around your mouth after eating!

Ultra violet light kills bacteria. It has been around for a million years and used in Europe to clean pool and spa water. Used to have toilet seats in US with ultra violet lights on them in “fancy” hotels. People aren’t as smart in US anymore.

$159 lol its just an L.E.D light like they said. rubbing it all over your face spreads bacteria surley. thats like £90 well expensive. i think these programmes are gimmics when then wot do i know
