I completely avoid dairy products and have NO ACNE at all.
I get calcium through other sources. -

I feel for this guy I haven’t had it that bad but it was getting there if I didn’t go to a dermatologist it would have continued to worsen but this guy needs to see my dermatologist I bet that she could clear em up

i havent beat up anybody who commented about my acne in a bad y because most of them have been girls & when they were guys it was mostly in school like there are these meetings about alcoholic,drug addict people where they talk about what they been through in life. if they had one for acne i would literally cry for like 1 hour expressing the pain i feel inside of me,& mentally.if the teacher ask me to write about acne i could write 30 pages of the suffer ive had over the past 4 years and im 17

man , i really feel for these people because i’ve suffered with acne fore years and unfortanetly im stuck with pigmentation marks but the breakouts mostly stopped
, but yeah i really hope that theres somthing that can be done for this kid , because the self esteem issues that you face are not at all happy, everything that people say about you, you believe is true and just to let you guys know, never make jokes about a person like this because one day in their shoes would be hell. -
