ACNE SCARS LASER – Asian Patient
Posted on May 4th, 2010 25 comments
Over time, our skin undergoes environmental damage causing pigmentation and acne scars. Most of this damage is on the outer layer of the skin. By using the SCMS laser acne scar removal treatments, we are able to get rid of this outer damage with a fractional CO2 laser. CO2 energy is the ideal because it treats the areas of discoloration closer to the surface and also penetrates deep into the dermis, eliminating damaged cells and stimulating the growth of new collagen. Collagen is stimulated for up to 6 months and this new collagen regeneration lifts and supports the skin’s surface. Yes asian patients run the risk of hyper pigmentation. The correct laser needs to be used and the correct settings need to be used.

because of our skintone youll have to be VERY careful with Lasers because it can cause something called hyperpigmentation where it can leave whitened spots on your skin that can be a pain in the ass to get rid of.

omg this guy DID Not need such an evasive treatment as laser therapy, all he had to do is pay maybe 200 bucks and get a nice chemical peel done, he has virtually no scars on his skin, what is he doing?
