Hey Jerry, I just bought your e-book about a week now and needless to say I’m starting to see a difference already. Majorly because of what I’m eating now. Its major changes when it comes to diet. This is a wonderful e-book and everybody that suffers for acne should have a look at this information. Its amazing the way your body works when dealing with this condition. It’s a very specific diet and is outlined in our e-book.
Yes you will have to make major changes to your diet if you want to have clear acne free skin. Once your skin is clear you can have a “cheat meal” every once and a while.

No it’s not a dream, but it took many years to figure it all out.
The program is internal cleansing, major diet changes, and supplementation.
The program works and it works fast, but it does take work on your part as far as sticking to the program.

If you have acne scars that are pitted etc this is when you need the help of a qualified doctor. The best results I have seen to eliminate scars if from laser treatments. Do some research on the Fraxel laser….I’ve seen incredible results!
Now before you try and get rid of acne scars, make sure your not getting acne breakouts or you will just get more scars.

Acne usually just refers to a broader term of the problem, where as pimples are small individual breakouts.

I’ve been using cetaphil & benzol Peroxide or how ever you spell it AND my skin looks much better W/ MUCH LESS PIMPLES but only problem is i have scars FROM a while back popping my pimples….. I NEED HELP SO IF YOU COULD POSSIBLY CAN help me with scar solution please tell ME OTHER WISE THIS VIDEO was great THUMBS UP!(:

Sir I believe every word you said. For me it has been the same I have tried every acne product you see in the TV, computer. I have tried 2 dermatologist and nothing worked! I am so embarrassed of my skin I do not even want to go out of my house! It gives a great anxiety level and a great depression level when ever I see pictures of me from when I was a kid and see that I used to have beautiful skin, and now its HORRIBLE! I’am going to buy this e-book. I have faith in it!

diet does count as he said….if you compare vegetarians to non vegetarians at school you see that the less oils is better

Wow! Im so pleased that the 3 causes you mentioned are the 3 that i concluded after months of research!! I get sick of corperations throwing products at you. It needs to be known that acne is a sympton bought upon by an internal problem. Its your body telling you something is wrong. People get brain-washed by tv ads with false claims. *****

I have acne and im taking a pill named Accuran..I have to take this pill for atleast 5 months…
